Sumario:“The Binaural Brain: How it Perceives Language and Challenges to Auditory Processing” was presented June 30, 2018 as part of the 2018 AG Bell Convention. Researchers continue to make important discoveries about how the brain perceives and utilizes spoken language. During the Symposium, translational research was presented about language and the brain, with findings that lead to predictive strategies to help ensure that interventions are optimized to maximize access to hearing through technology and improved perception of speech and other sounds.
