Sumario:Virtually all sites in the human body can host lesions that simulate neoplasms, and many of these ""pseudotumors"" can simulate neoplasms on all levels of analysis-- clinical, radiologic, and pathologic-- thus they represent particular diagnostic pitfalls for the pathologist that can ultimately lead to therapeutic misdirection.
