Sumario: | Asked about his mood, Ryan describes feeling generally fine with some extremely difficult "down" moments when worried or anxious, episodes which can last about 10 minutes at a time. These episodes tend to coincide when Ryan is worried someone will see his symptoms of panic disorder. Ryan does not have any issues sleeping or feeling overly tired and his worries don't affect his participation in most daily activities. Ryan's relationships with his friends are unchanged. He sees them during school but not much over the weekends. During the weekends, Ryan prefers to be alone. His relationship with his parents is good, having generally improved. Ryan doesn't use substances or alcohol and has never thought about hurting himself. However, when asked about suicidal thoughts, Ryan hesitates, ultimately responding that he has some "flashes" or "thoughts" but they are fleeting and he doesn't act upon them. When Ryan is usually alone at school, he has brief moments of "what if I end it now" and then the thought is gone. Ryan does not have a plan to commit suicide, which leads the interviewer to conclude that these thoughts are connected to Ryan's desire for the bad thoughts or worries to go away.
