Sumario: | The book includes an investigation that aimed to identify the relationship between human talent management and organizational commitment in the collaborators of a municipality in Manantay, Ucayali, Peru. The research is based on the positivist paradigm, with a quantitative approach and a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. A sample of 40 workers from the Municipality of Manantay was taken, through a probabilistic sampling. The results detailed the qualifications between both study variables. A medium relationship was identified between the management of human talent and organizational commitment in the municipal collaborators analyzed, since the value of Rho=0.560 and the p-value= 0.000. It is concluded that both variables have a positive inverse relationship. El libro comprende una investigación que tuvo como objetivo identificar la relación entre gestión del talento humano y compromiso organizacional en los colaboradores de un municipio en Manantay, Ucayali, Perú. La investigación se sustenta en el paradigma positivista, con enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental, de corte transversal. Se tomó una muestra de 40 trabajadores de la Municipalidad de Manantay, a través de un muestreo probabilístico. |
