| Sumario: | The worldwide COVID-19 pandemic tumbles all our life, the organizing committee takes the health and safety of our participants as top priority. Therefore, ICGSP 2020 was held via the Internet. It was gratifying to note the participation of researchers from all over the world. ICGSP is dedicated to new research developments and advances in the fields of graphics and signal processing. The objective of the conference was to bring together researchers and practitioners from academia and industry to discuss latest progress and development in this field, practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted. ICGSP 2020 full papers have been blind peer reviewed by at least two experts from the International Program Committees in order to ensure high quality, and the selection process followed strict criteria in all tracks. The sessions are organized by experts in respective fields.
