| Sumario: | This volume contains papers present at 2020 10th International Conference on Information Communication and Management (ICICM 2020) originally scheduled in Paris, France during August 12-14, 2020. However, due to the severe impact of COVID-19 in the world, the conference has shift into remote conference. The coronavirus situation in various countries is still very complicated, and the prospect is difficult to predict. The safety and wellbeing of participants is our top priority. Besides, the local government is also very strict in epidemic prevention and control. In addition to the control of entry and exit, it does not encourage/permit/restrict the holding of various activities. For the above and other force majeure, ICICM 2020 creates a virtual platform where the attendees present the papers and participated in all the sessions. |
