It is based on the Investment Reform Index (IRI), a novel tool used to measure – on a comparative basis – where countries stand on policy reform.The IRI is based on a broad and comprehensive approach to investment policy. It encompasses all major policy areas that affect the investment environment, including anticorruption,competition, tax, trade policy, regulatory reform and human capital. |
