Sumario:The book discusses sustainable development in Ecuador's agricultural sector through three case studies. It explores the production and marketing of Cavendish banana pulp as a sustainable alternative for the INSANC company, marketing strategies for fresh and processed passion fruit (Passiflora edulis) which provide economic alternatives for producers in the Vega Rivera area, and the establishment of the first certified organic egg production project in the southern region of the country, located in La Libertad parish, Las Lajas canton, El Oro province. The book presents detailed methodologies and analyses for each case, aiming to provide practical strategies for sustainable agricultural production.
