Sumario:The debate on access to justice, besides being opportune within the reform of the Judiciary, is strategic from the perspective of promoting human rights. In addition to being a fundamental human right, access to justice is one of the conditions to guarantee the effectiveness of all human rights. A society that does not guarantee access to justice can hardly be said to be a society that has effectively reached a Democratic Rule of Law.
