She is anxious to tell the doctor about her neighbors, who she believes are Russian terrorists speaking in code. This training title highlights the major symptoms of Brief Psychotic Disorder. Symptoms of Brief Psychotic Disorder may include: delusions, hallucinations, disorganized speech (e.g., frequent derailment or incoherence), and grossly disorganized or catatonic behavior lasting less than 1 month in duration.
