Descripción
Sumario:This text arises from the need, in teaching a course in the history of law and before starting the program of that discipline, to place students before the specifications and complexities of historical knowledge. This need is due to the evidence that the theoretical common sense (that the students bring with them) about the meaning of history, as far as knowing that it looks at the human past, is often loaded with a narrow and paralyzing vision of history.
