| Sumario: | The set of texts aggregated in this collection focuses on reflections on the theme of public policies, from research investments, demonstrating the multiple spaces for defining rules for the circulation of resources and formulating ideas aimed at building expected behaviours. For them, the creation of interdependent networks of institutional apparatus corresponding to the outlined objectives is valued. It is also considered the formation of social agents capable of operating in the formulation and feedback of ideals that allow the objectives to be recognized in the capillarity of daily practices. |
