Descripción
Sumario:This book tells the story of a private medical school that became a public university. Over the course of 75 years, a model of public university supported by entities under private law, with no economic purpose, was being built. As a result of the research that brought together a group of professors from the Unifesp History course, reflections by professionals in the field about the institution's history are presented here. Leaning over an object so often visited by the authors of the house, mostly doctors, requires openness to debate and attention to the crossing of memories. The work rehearses interpretations of institutional history and memory, without considering them synonymous, but also without pretending to present a single and finished truth.
