Sumario:Young woman who is seeking prescription for oxycodone for both elbow pain and headaches. Reports trying meditation, yoga, biofeedback, massages, compresses, walking, etc. to no avail. Does not have a prescription, but takes boyfriend’s oxycodone. Reports she has allergies to weaker opioids. Minimizes legal charges due to alcohol use and still drives when legally intoxicated, drinking about four times a week. Lost custody of son due to history of cocaine use. Uses stimulants to counteract sluggishness caused by marijuana use. Despite use of multiple substances, she claims she does not like to "put unhealthy things into her body."
