Descripción
Sumario:"International Communication implies the participation of different social actors in multiple contexts. Globalization has established itself as a dynamic process that is evident in the different social transformations. The cultural aspects that define civilizations, communication processes, intercultural relations, and the way of dealing with conflicts constitute an interesting object of study. Knowing the role of citizens and institutions in an increasingly interconnected context is essential to analyze social changes. An approximation of the historical origins allows a better understanding of the events. At present, the role of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) is combined with a complex scenario. The cultural needs of the different nation-states and citizens are one of the avant-garde issues."--Editor.
