In these pages, aspects such as the politically interested reconstruction of historical-legal schools from the forties of the last century, the renewal and opening of historiographical perspectives around the eighties, or the possible incidence of constitutional normality in the reconstruction and exposition of the legal and constitutional orders of the past.
