A chef at a restaurant, Arnie constantly worries about food contamination and washes his hands numerous times to make sure he doesn’t contract or spread any bacteria or virus. In the kitchen, Arnie prefers to have everything organized, labeled in specific ways or he believes something terrible may happen, such as a customer being poisoned. Arnie also worries that devices such as stoves are turned off and makes preparations in case of an earthquake. Arnie avoids touching things because of germs, locks and unlocks doors twice in case of problems with deadbolts, and inventory lists in his head. |
